Working Foreman

Ridgeback Basement Systems is seeking a working Foreman to join our team!

We are looking for a hands-on foreman to be responsible for the installation of the company's waterproofing and foundation repair products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Our foremen work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay and benefits.

Requirements of the Foreman:

· Minimum 5 years in Forman experience

· Working knowledge of basic power tools

· Valid drivers license and driving abstract

Ability to lead and motivate their crew

Responsibilities of the Foreman

Manage 1 to 3 team members

Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job

Travel to the customer’s home and install the job within guidelines

Communicate with customers as needed to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction

Strong attention to quality and efficiency

Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company

Travel outside NS is required, and overnight stays in NB and PEI

* ad requires a hour rate --- but this is Full commission payout on all sales – ability to make $150000 a year!!!
