Si vous souhaitez jouer un rle cl dans la transformation du secteur de l'assurance commerciale au sein d'une entreprise en forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Architecte fonctionnel polyvalent pour rejoindre notre quipe.
Dans ce rle, vous serez rattach(e) au Directeur de l'Architecture & Ingnierie Logicielle et vous optimiserez nos systmes daffaires, en mettant l'accent sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 et Microsoft Dynamics GP. Vous participerez la migration de solutions locales vers des plateformes bases sur le cloud, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes et les quipes informatiques dans un environnement agile.
Principales Responsabilits
- Concevoir et optimiser les processus mtier au sein de Microsoft Dynamics 365 et Dynamics GP.
- Diriger la stratgie de migration des solutions locales vers des plateformes bases sur le cloud.
- Aligner les applications mtier avec les besoins oprationnels, en assurant volutivit et flexibilit.
- Identifier les inefficacits dans les flux de travail et mettre en uvre des amliorations.
- Assurer une intgration fluide entre les systmes mtier et les plateformes cloud.
- Dfinir et grer la feuille de route des systmes mtier, en alignant les initiatives technologiques avec les priorits commerciales.
- Superviser les cycles de vie des projets, de la collecte des exigences la mise en production.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour dfinir les amliorations, les mises jour et les nouvelles implmentations.
- Servir de liaison entre les utilisateurs mtiers, l'informatique et les fournisseurs tiers.
- Recueillir et analyser les exigences mtier pour proposer des solutions systme.
- Assurer que les utilisateurs mtiers reoivent la formation et le soutien ncessaires sur les capacits des systmes.
Profil
Minimum 5 ans d'exprience pertinente.Diplme en systmes dinformation, ingnierie logicielle, technologies de l'information ou domaine similaire.Bilingue en franais et en anglais pour accompagner les clients travers le Canada.Expertise en Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) et Microsoft Dynamics GP.Exprience des stratgies de migration vers le cloud.Connaissance approfondie des intgrations systme et des solutions d'automatisation.La familiarit avec Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) est un atout.Solides comptences en rsolution de problmes, analyse et rflexion critique.Capacit grer des projets et collaborer avec des quipes multifonctionnelles.Capacit travailler dans un environnement agile et dynamique.Disponibilit pour se rendre rgulirement au bureau de St-Lambert.Avantages

If you want to play a key role in transforming the commercial insurance sector within a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Versatile Functional Architectto join our team.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Architecture & Software Engineering and lead the optimization of our business systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics GP. You will be involved in migrating from on-premises solutions to cloud-based platforms, working closely with stakeholders and IT teams in an agile environment.
Main Responsibilities
Design and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics GP.Drive the migration strategy from on-premises solutions to cloud-based platforms.Align business applications with operational needs, ensuring scalability and flexibility.Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process improvements.Ensure seamless integration between business systems and cloud platforms.Define and manage the business systems roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders to define system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.Act as the liaison between business users, IT, and third-party vendors.Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into system solutions.Ensure business users receive proper training and support on system capabilities.Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Bilingual in French and English to serve clients across Canada.Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Microsoft Dynamics GP.Experience with cloud migration strategies.In-depth knowledge of system integrations and automation solutions.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment.Availability to visit the St-Lambert office regularly.Benefits
