Reporting directly to the Director of Hotels Division, this role is your ticket to shaping the future of hospitality in Richmond BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion exceptional guest experiences by orchestrating flawless hotel operations.
• Craft and execute strategies to drive profitability and elevate our brand.
• Inspire and guide our talented management team towards a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the Director of Hotels Division to mastermind budgets, financial plans, and capital expenditure.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and exceed industry standards in all facets of hotel management.
• Fuel our commitment to guest satisfaction through relentless pursuit of improvement.
• Act as our ambassador at local, regional, and national industry events, cementing our presence in the community.
• Take the helm in matters concerning the shared common area strata council, alongside commercial leaders from the President Plaza.
• Lead with empathy and drive HR initiatives that foster a harmonious environment for all team members, union and non-union alike.

Qualifications:

• Bring at least 4 years of senior hotel management experience to the table, backed by a robust operational background.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field, showcasing your dedication to the craft.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of maximizing revenue and driving financial performance in the hospitality sector.
• Command exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a laser focus on guest satisfaction.
• Bonus points for your familiarity with the Vancouver airport hotel market and Choice Hotels International.
