Client Representative Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to contact for customers, offering exceptional product and service solutions
- Leverage your comprehensive training and knowledge to address customer queries accurately and recommend the best products and services
- Showcase the benefits of our services and boost sales revenue through effective educational techniques
- Handle customer interactions with care, composure, and understanding, providing precise, agile, and transparent support
- Meticulously document and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay updated on changes and enhance your program knowledge, systems, and processes
- Report directly to the Account Management team, providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction, establish goals, and develop new sales skills

- Has a proven track record in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in sales, customer service, support, or client acquisition
