Health Care Aide

```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plaN

- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in acute care or hospital environ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
