Client Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Client Advisor to join our growing team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our clients. Your passion for luxury florals, attention to detail, and friendly demeanour will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients as they enter the boutique.

- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting the perfect floral arrangements.

- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings and seasonal collections.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an inviting store environment.

- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

- Passion for luxury florals and a keen eye for design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
