We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with a wide range of tasks, focusing on social media engagement, content creation, and campaign management. Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing brand awareness and fostering community engagement across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Promptly respond to DMs and comments on our social media channels.
- Create and schedule engaging Pinterest Pins using Canva and our branded templates.
- Utilize Tailwind to schedule all Pinterest content and Instagram/Facebook posts.
- Schedule YouTube Reels and assist with content organization across platforms.
Content Creation & Organization:
- Maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet for content tracking across platforms and accounts.
- Edit simple videos for social media use.
- Collaborate with territory managers to translate and adapt videos for international audiences.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in writing and scheduling LinkedIn posts for our leadership.
- Support email marketing initiatives and ad campaigns as needed.
- Help schedule and coordinate marketing campaigns in Workzone.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report KPIs, including the frequency of posts across each account.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, especially social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic video editing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to collaborate with international teams and adapt content for different markets.
