IT Incident Readiness & Response Specialist

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Support: IT Incident Readiness & Response to enhance IT incident readiness, detection, and response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct readiness assessments and improve incident response strategies.
• Develop comprehensive Computer Security Incident Response Plans (CSIRP).
• Create and deliver first responder training and cybersecurity exercises.
• Perform proactive threat hunting and attack simulation exercises.
• Provide emergency incident response and documentation support.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity incident management and response planning.
• Expertise in threat hunting, simulation exercises, and emergency response.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder training skills.
