Training is provided on our products and services.

Job Description

In this role you will:

· Answer client inquiries

· Process transactions

· Be accurate and detail-oriented

· Handle several tasks and changing priorities

· Respond to and resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures

· Connect both verbally and in writing with clients in a calm, courteous, professional and effective manner

- Be willing to upgrade skills

- Have an excellent attendance record

Requirements:

· Completed Post-Secondary Education or high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment

· Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal

· Be available for evening and weekend shifts

· Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

· Well-developed listening, customer engagement and service skills, both on the telephone and in-person

Holds a current A&S license or willing to complete certification through an accredited organization

· A strong communicator, both written and verbal

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment; is able to take initiative.

· Proficient keyboard skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Our Office is located in Toronto (North York) just off of Hwy 401 and DVP, and is accessible by TTC transit. Free parking is also available for those who drive. Hours are full-time (40 hours/week), with assigned shifts available between 9:00AM and 8:00PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays.

Candidates must be available to work full time, evening shifts and work a minimum of one Saturday a month on a rotational basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
