About Us

Many people (and a few pets) will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Since 1985, Marcon has been acquiring, developing, building and managing real estate across Metro Vancouver. From concrete to wood-frame, high-rise and low-rise, we’ve built over 13,500 homes with thousands more in an exciting pipeline. A focus on quality and craft in construction is the foundation that the company was built on, earning Marcon the reputation as one of the most respected builders in British Columbia. As the company has grown, this focus on quality has remained a commitment in everything we do. But none of this is possible without a dedicated team working together to make it all happen.
