The Role Philosophy

We’re on the hunt for an Accounting Clerk to join our Langley HQ! As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Leadership Team to drive our mission of building a world-class lubricant brand that helps our dealers build their business.


It’s an exciting time to join KLONDIKE as we’re planning to grow twofold over the next three years! We’re in the process of expanding our product line depth, establishing hundreds of dealers throughout the US, and much more.

We’re looking for a strong Accounting Clerk who is experienced with accounts payable and receivable processes, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial data entry, and bookkeeping tasks. What the role entails

  • financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and prepare account reconciliations
  • accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • month-end closing processes and the preparation of financial reports
  • financial analysis to support decision-making
  • budget preparation and forecasting
  • audits and respond to audit requests in a timely manner
  • office administrative tasks and other related duties as needed


Your Profile

  • degree or diploma in accounting or a related field
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
  • strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • comfortable using technology to improve processes
  • can work under pressure and adapt to change
  • consistently display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for KLONDIKE
