Youth support worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and helping them grow and develop in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Relationship build with the young people on site
- Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants
- Follow the team leads requests while on site
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all youth involved
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of the youth community

Experience
- Experience working with vulnerable youth and understand trauma based work is required
- Understanding Child and Family Service Act is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.67-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
