Tenure: Full-Time (1 Year Contract - Possibility for renewal based on performance, 4-month Probation)

Location: 2206 Eglinton Ave E, Suite 190 Scarborough, ON M1L 4S8.

Hours: Tuesday- Saturday (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) EST

• Must be accessible via email after-hours.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/year

Summary:

KGS Research is seeking a Project Manager to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that

consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the speed and accuracy

required in a dynamic environment. You are responsible for setup/testing all aspects of online and text

surveys. This individual will work closely with our client service teams to consult on survey design elements

and ensure that client projects are completed on time and budget. Our Project Managers use our internal

tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The job requires an

organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly

changing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom

market research projects with a project duration typically between 48 hours - 72 hours.

• Manages stakeholder expectations.

• Builds a significant, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and

advice related to KGS Research products and services.

• Manages peer to peer texting platform, analyze key performance indicators and ensures they are

met.

• Generate data and prepare various reports with excel or SAS.

• Log sample and project performance information and indicators accurately into database.

• Proactively anticipate and lead troubleshooting endeavours, overcome and escalate project

challenges promptly.

• Effectively communicate as an individual and as part of the client-facing project team, respecting

issues and escalate when efforts have been exhausted.

• Clearly and effectively communicate project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to

handoffs to colleagues.

• Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experiences:

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management or survey programming experience

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Post-secondary degree or diploma required.

• Advanced EXCEL skills and experience (Vlookup, Countif, Conditional formatting and etc.)

• Demonstrable written and spoken communication skills to meet position duties.

Term of employment:

• Salary is $45,000 - $50,000 per annum, must be accessible via email after-hours and throughout the weekend.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Trello (or a similar project management software).

• SPSS, SAS, or related statistical analysis software experience.

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).

• Organized, professional and dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
