Optician

The Kennedy Eye Clinic & The Eye Studio by Kennedy Eye Clinic teams are growing! We are looking for someone to work full-time as a licensed optician or experienced frame stylist between both clinics starting July 1st. Our brand speaks for itself because we strive for excellence in everything that we do and now we are looking to expand our work family with the right person. What we need you to do:

· Basic reception duties such as checking in patients, running through insurance, booking appointments, answering phone calls and taking payments

· Do frame selections and complete glasses orders

· Contact lens orders and contact lens trainings

· Glasses adjustments

· Keeping the lab organized

· Be able to troubleshoot independently

Qualifications:

· You MUST consider yourself to be an outgoing person!

· You need to be able to help patients of all ages and of all backgrounds

· Have a positive attitude and mindset

· Organization and attention to detail is key so you must be able to multi-task

· Be professional yet enthusiastic

· Respond well to constructive criticism

· Must be reliable and a team player

Hours

· We are looking for someone to work full-time, 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday. We are open Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday from 9am-5:30pm, and Thursdays from 9am-7pm, and Saturdays from 9am-3pm. We are closed every long weekend.

Compensation:

· Competitive salary based on the level of experience you bring to the team (and if you are dual licensed). Monthly sales bonuses are in addition to base pay.
