At Kal Tire, we're excited to welcome Commercial Tire Technicians to our Field Service Team in Peterborough, Ontario. The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing passenger and light truck, fleet and OTR vehicle tire removal, installation and repairs.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.
Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Opportunity to progress to Service Truck
Qualifications and Success
You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Automotive or tire experience is an asset
