John The Plumber is a fast-growing residential plumbing company that is hiring for a full-time, in-office dispatcher. This position involves receiving inbound phone calls, providing excellent customer service, data entry, and scheduling service appointments within our software.
We have a really awesome team here. We have a really great company culture. And, the work environment is really pleasant.
The booking bonus is additional income based on how many phone calls you convert into scheduled jobs. You can expect to take around 50 calls a day, and book anywhere from 10-20 jobs per day, with several dollars per booking (based on your conversion rate). This equates to anywhere from another $5-$12 per hour, or more, depending on performance.
