About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Intake & Assigning team within operations.

This is a full-time/permanent opportunity based in Calgary.

What you'll do here:

• Effectively and efficiently sets up new claims and complete assigned tasks within service level standards

• Consistently use applicable assigning tools and applies best practices

• Effectively and efficiently identify incoming documents

• Responds to inquiries in a timely manner (including shared email, chat etc.)

• Accepts and provides feedback with openness, honesty & positivity

• Shows a willingness to adapt to change and is resilient when faced with challenges

• Effective desk & time management

What you bring to the table:

• Willingness to learn

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with computer systems

• Self motivated and strive for excellence

• Detail oriented

• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

• Passionate about customer service

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
