Marketing Manager

Current Opportunity: Indigoblue Group of Companies (IBGC), a leader in alternative investments, mortgage solutions, and financial services, is seeking a Marketing Manager for a full-time, 1-year contract position based in our Toronto office.

Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in steering our Marketing team’s efforts across various business segments. This role demands a proactive individual capable of independent decision-making and adept at managing a multifaceted workload in a dynamic environment. The initial 1-year contract offers substantial growth potential, with the successful candidate reporting directly to the COO or their designate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, organize, and evaluate marketing campaigns to elevate the visibility and appeal of our products and services.
• Design and execute social media strategies on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others to enhance brand presence and user engagement.
• Craft and disseminate newsletters, email campaigns, and other communications to consistently engage our audience.
• Oversee and update corporate websites, ensuring content remains current, captivating, and representative of our diverse business offerings.
• Expand our digital footprint by refining and advancing our digital marketing strategies.
• Actively engage in strategic planning, providing robust marketing support to various business units in their endeavors.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to enhance processes, controls, and procedures.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts as needed.
• Support various functions and tasks as required, showcasing versatility and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of pertinent experience in marketing.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WIX, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive stance on problem-solving.
• Eagerness to contribute to a diverse, cooperative, and motivated professional atmosphere.
• A positive and professional demeanor, coupled with a dedication to staying abreast of industry trends.
