We are Ideal Siding Langley and we are looking for a General Manager to be responsible for a territory that goes from Coquitlam to Chilliwack area. This is an important role in the development and ongoing operation of Ideal Siding especially in a new territory. It combines both roles of Project (Sales) Manager and Operations (Site) Manager.

You don’t need siding experience, but renovation experience is an asset. We are looking for the right person who has team leadership and project management experience.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead meetings with potential clients, discuss needs, and provide solutions.

- Create accurate and competitive customer quotes.

- Manage customer relationships and address concerns promptly.

- Issue invoices, collect payments, and oversee financial transactions.

- Recruit and lead siding installation crews, manage change in orders, and order materials.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records and submit progress reports using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Sales experience (at least 3 years)

- Construction experience (at least 3 years)

- Project management experience (at least 3 years)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using a CRM system for project management and client communication.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Langley, BC V3A 7R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Langley, BC V3A 7R3
