Job Description: Controls Service Department – Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Work safely following company policies and guidelines
- Dispatch a group of technicians using HTS software and web based programs as needed
- Enter work orders on a daily basis, following up on missing information (i.e.) site contacts etc.
- Review completed work orders and perform daily work order downloads
- Process recommendations
- Follow up to ensure shop drawings are received as required. Print outs for technician
- Receive packing slips and ensure correct information has been provided. Address discrepancies, file for review/match up for invoice approval
- Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc.
- Receive reports from field, forward to Project Manager, save copy on network in appropriate files
- Provide support to technicians for required materials follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings etc.
- Review expenses; assign purchase order numbers based on expense type.
- Order warranty parts as needed. Follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians.
- Run payroll reports for assigned technicians
- Audit report to dispatch records and jobs to ensure accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
