A detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist. QuickBooks experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping and payroll duties, including processing payroll for staff and clients.
  • Manage bank deposits and reconciliations, accounts payable, and other client payments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized bookkeeping files.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages.
  • Review and audit vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Handle additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks software is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
