Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various operational tasks. We are looking for a leader who is not affraid of outside of the box thinking. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Look for organizational issues and inefficiencies and find solutions for those issues
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Coordinate with sales staff, oversee general operations, look for ways improve efficiency
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Assist with filing and organizing documents
- Utilize POS and Accounting Software for financial record keeping
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Qualifications:
-Excellent problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in computerized systems and software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
