Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces as assigned

- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash bins

- Perform heavy cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning carpets, scrubbing floors, and washing windows

- Use power tools and hand tools to perform maintenance tasks as needed

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

- Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries or requests in a timely manner

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes

- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools for performing maintenance tasks

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and perform repetitive tasks

- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred

- Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices
