Grill Hero's mission is to improve barbecue health, safety and performance by providing a professional barbecue cleaning service that helps residential grillers get the most out of the grilling season.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill Shopify orders

• Shipping out incoming product
• Parts inventory management
• Tracking shipments
• Receiving/verifying shipments
• Weekly delivery of supplies to storage units in GTA and York
• Maintain organized storage units
• Tracking storage inventory
• Ensuring technicians/teams have inventory
• Biweekly/monthly garbage runs
• Dropping off local online orders
• Customer part request

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• Able to perform physical labor
• Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
• Able to meet deadlines, problem solve and work well under pressure
• High attention to detail

Compensation

• Starting at $17.5/hr Bonus Incentives (Most make 17.5-$18.5/hr)
• Pay increases as you are promoted to high positions (high performers are promoted very quickly at Canadian BBQ Boys)
• Mileage is compensated for all kilometers driven for business purposes

Job Type

• Full-time Position (Apr 25th - Aug 27th*)
• Monday-Friday
• Will require very part-time remote availability before start date for training and assistance with seasonal preparation (Starting Mid April)

Requirements:

• Full G license with a clean driving record
• Vehicle available for use throughout employment
