POSITION VACANCY : Facilities Planning & Redevelopment

POSITION : Temporary Full Time Student Co-Op - Facilities Planning Coordinator, until Approximately Dec 31, 2024

HOURS OF WORK : Monday To Friday

JOB SUMMARY :

Reporting to the Director, Facilities Planning & Redevelopment, the Facilities Planning Coordinator will support departmental initiatives and responsibilities related to Capital Facilities Planning, Move Coordination, Operational Readiness, Sustainability and Energy Management Planning.

The Facilities Planning Coordinator will also provide coordination and communication support to various organizational and inter-departmental initiatives that are overseen by the Director, Facilities Planning & Redevelopment to ensure seamless delivery of Corporate Services to the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Pursuing a Degree in Environmental Science, Building Science, Planning, Project Management, Architecture and/or Engineering.
  • Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel and AutoCAD is considered an asset.
  • Experience in Project Coordination, Construction, Planning or other relevant experience preferably in a health care environment
  • Demonstrated team building, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills in a challenging environment.
  • Good attendance record.
