REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years previous supervisory experience, preferably within a warehousing environment, with a focus on servicing internal branch facilities and external customers
- Proven track record of positive coaching, team building, training, and development of direct reports, coupled with a ‘hands-on” leadership style
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship building, while having a sense of urgency, and being enthusiastic, assertive, and highly organized
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members
- Capable of recognizing opportunities for change, development of process and implementation
- Strong personal attributes such as self-motivation, analytical, capable of working independently
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced warehouse operations and warehouse operating systems
- Completion of a post secondary diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
