Drain Doctor has been providing Central Alberta with plumbing and drain cleaning services for over 35 years.
We handle service, renovation and new construction plumbing in residential, commercial and industrial settings. We are COR safety certified and have a comprehensive health plan.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical and office tasks, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties include:
-Answering phones, directing calls, scheduling. Responding to business inquiries.
-Coordinate and dispatch workers while communicating effectively with workers to ensure timely and efficient service.
-Typing up documents and contracts.
-Assist in organizing safety meetings and filing safety documents.
-Pulling permits.
-Data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
-Experience in dispatch is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of plumbing is a definite asset.
