Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating sweet experiences for our valued customers? Daan Go Cake Lab is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both online and in-store customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Manage customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process orders, handle payments, and assist with order customization to meet customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with our bakery team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery or pickup of customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details using our CRM system.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Daan Go Cake Lab, promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and passion.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Passion for baking and a love for sweet treats is a plus!
  • Must have your own laptop.
  • Must be familiar with using social media

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
