Role Summary:

We are looking for a professional and diligent administrative coordinator that can help support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting clients, answering incoming phone calls, and directing enquiries to team members
· Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and team social events
· Setting up and maintaining client information and client work in the firm’s IT systems
· Drafting and preparing letters and e-mail correspondence
· Compiling and printing personal and corporate packages
· E-filing personal and corporate tax returns
· Scanning documents
· Organizing the overall office environment
· Work collaboratively with team members
Qualities:
· Technologically savvy and an ability to learn new software
· Ability to problem solve, self-direct, multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines
· Detail oriented and organized
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
· Administrative experience in a professional working environment is preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education:
· Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
