Order Entry / Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Order Entry Clerk / Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and providing exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, you will actively contribute to our sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing and checking stock by phone and email
• Efficiently and accurately enter customer orders into our system.
• Verify order details, pricing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.

Shift:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | Saturday every 2-3 weeks on rotation

Tuesday to Saturday

Customer Service:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer questions.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in order entry, inside sales, or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
