Production Team Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage a team and drive results.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of production workers
- Monitor production lines to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Package and fabricate products according to specifications

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food processing procedures and regulations
- Basic math skills for calculating quantities
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
