Canadian Tire Meadowvale #169 is seeking a skilled and talented Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
As a key member of our Service Team you will be responsible for answering all inbound calls for our on-site Service Department while providing the highest level of customer service. An outgoing positive attitude is key for success in this role. Dealership experience would be an asset. Remuneration amount will be based on experience and skillset.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
Scheduling service appointments for client's vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
Updating customer details as required
Communicating with customers via phone call, email and text message
Identifying and escalating priority issues
Service Follow-up calls
Reaching out to clients to book services coming due
Appointment reminders
General reception duties
Assisting Service Advisors with writing up and cashing out
Monday to Friday 10:00 to 5:00 pm
