This is a unique place to work: We sell horseshoes, anvils, forges, and the supplies and tools that are used with and to build them. You are curious, even passionately so. Much of what we do and sell here will be new to you.
Setting: You'll work in a great little shop on the outer west edge of Edmonton and help us help farriers helping horses and an assortment of knifemakers, crafters and blacksmiths both local and around Canada. Independent work is required at times and being self-motivated is a character keystone.

Your Positive Enthusiasm is helpful and appreciated: You ensure customers have a helpful and rewarding experience. This can involve a wide and diverse task list, but the focus is greeting and answering customer questions, check-out sales, and packing small orders to ship.
Great Attention to Detail: It's a must. We ship the right product to keep customers on schedule, and it helps keep everyon'es life organized.
You have a great phone engagement, can laugh at your mistakes, have computer dexterity and presentable typing.
Though you enjoy people and can do well in small team environments, you are also a very self-motivated person and thrive working independently.
Basic digital artwork and/ or photo management skills are helpful.

Good communication skills on the telephone, in person, and written are treasured.
