Job Posting for TERRITORY MANAGER at Can-Cell Industries Inc.

Reporting to the National sales Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for marketing the company's products and plans as part of the sales team. The Territory Manager's clients range from individual stores to large buying groups and contractor/insulation installers, independent Lumber and building Materials and municipality businesses.

  • Market the company's products in Alberta.
  • Develop and implement sales objectives, strategies, programs and budgets.
  • Maintain contact with the customer, answering questions and resolving issues to promote a positive customer experience and the potential for future sales.
  • Submit all planning and call reports weekly.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, applications as well as competitive information.
  • Actively identify and pursue leads or potential customers.
  • Customer, revenue management and growth.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A solid understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and good attitude towards customer service.
  • Experience in the building supplies industry selling to large and small corporate customers is an asset.
  • Persuasive, outgoing and goal oriented.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and superior organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and creative.
  • Travel throughout the province.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with fellow staff and customers.
  • good working knowledge of Microsoft products with a focus on excel.
  • A working knowledge of a CRM is an asset.

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
