Rental and Marketing Coordinator
25 Hours/Week @ $23.00/hour, Part-time, One year term with possible extension
Job Purpose: The Rental and Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of facility rentals. The primary focus of this position is to market and promote major functions including weddings. This position will also manage the Farmers Market and Christmas Market, while also supporting volunteer-led community events at the Bragg Creek Community Centre. This position is integral to the facility's success and viability, ensuring strong rental revenues, efficient rental operations, effective marketing strategies, and a high standard of service.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in rental management, event coordination, or marketing, ideally within a community or event setting.
· Experience in managing markets and supporting volunteer-led events is a plus.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing software and tools.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for facility operations and events.
· Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
· First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
· AGLC ProServe Certification
