Sales Representative

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers. Duties: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients - Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on customer requirements - Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Skills: - Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or related field - Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Experience in account management and negotiation is preferred - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using technology for sales purposes We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
