Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Job Description:

Berryhill Foods Inc. is one of the most trusted commercial suppliers of premium quality Cultivated Blueberries and Raspberries in North America! It specializes in the processing, freezing, marketing, and distribution of cultivated blueberries and raspberries.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shipper. As a Shipper you play a key role in our company. You will work under the direction and guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor with general duties such as shipping, receiving, loading and unloading, warehousing materials and being in and out of freezers and coolers. The right candidate will be detail oriented and a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on other tasks outside of the role as necessary.

Requirements:

- Minimum one (1) year shipping/receiving experience

- Must possess a forklift license and have 1 year of operating experience

- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing

- Flexible with shifts

- Willing to help others

- Reliable, motivated , and hard working

- Flexible to work between Abbotsford and Chilliwack

Shift:

Summertime/Busy Season (June-August): 12/2pm-10pm (potential for additional hours if willing) Monday-Friday/Sunday

Repack/Off Season (September-May) 8am-4pm Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
