Legal Assistant and/or Bookeeper
Duties:
- Manage and maintain document management systems, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a positive manner
- Perform various administrative tasks related to real estate conveyancing, drafting correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying documents
- Proofread contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using document management systems and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Previous experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred but not required
