Baydo, established in 2011, is a professional real estate developer and builder based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and has expanded their businesses to Alberta and BC in the recent years.

Baydo is looking for a full-time Office Coordinator with bookkeeping experience for its Alberta office, located in Sherwood Park, AB. The ideal candidate for this position will have accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and submit employee timesheets to Payroll team;
  • Review and enter employee expense reports;
  • Receive invoices, make sure the accuracy of the invoices and enter into QuickBooks correctly;
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions;
  • Other accounting responsibilities as require;
  • Answering and directing phone calls;
  • Keeping an office inventory list up to date;
  • Maintaining a clean front office area;
  • Maintaining a clean kitchen, office space for staff;
  • Weekly bank runs;
  • Manage working with multiple companies and offices;
  • And other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Understanding of accounting principals;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with QuickBooks;
  • Good verbal and written communication skill;
  • Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel functions;
  • Experience with AP, AR processes;
  • Should be responsible and detail-oriented;
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada;
  • Have a valid drivers license

Compensation will vary depending on the qualifications of the individual; and can be adjusted accordingly for the right person who is willing to grow in the roll and take on additional responsibility. Compensation will include a full benefits package (ie. health, dental, life insurance).

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
