Your main tasks will be to :

• Be the contact for the LVSC team.
• Manage LVSC’s flow (B3 due date) and billing.
• LVSC questions up to date.
• Make sure LVSC’s overflow in DMS is up to date.
• Managing type F (from transmission to K84)
• Generate production reports for productivity follow ups.
• Identify training needs and arrange training sessions with the relevant person.
• Make sure suitable SOP are followed.
• When needed, covering, or dispatching the workload.
• Notice changes in volumes - convey the information to the Director.
• Organize meetings with the LVSC’s team members when needed.
• Available to any other related tasks according to needs and expertise

What we are looking for:

• You are bilingual in French and English to be able to communicate with future colleagues and customers based across Canada and around the world.
• You already have experience in team management.
• You are familiar with customs clearance steps and AMPs
• You are comfortable with HS code classification
• You have Canadian customs certification.
