Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with retail partners.
• Support engagement and fundraising initiatives through strategic partnership development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Experience in customer service, and relationship management is a plus.
