We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our Banking clients located in GTA. This is an on-site role (contract) for 3 months with possibility of conversion to ull time permanent position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Processing cheques, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
