Salon Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Check-in clients and notify technicians of their arrival
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address customers inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with techcnians to ensure smooth operations and efficient scheduling
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments effectively
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using salon management software or computer systems
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
