Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Installation Coordinator / Call Center Representative. As a Installation Coordinator / Call Center Representative., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling incoming calls from clients and working with our sales and installation teams coordinating larger projects and installs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information
- Utilize computerized systems to track and gather information from customers
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures or front desk operations is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is beneficial
