WE ARE SEEKING
We’re seeking to hire a qualified a Inside sales Representatives to work on-site at our Burlington office during the hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Appointment Setter Position: Promote products and services with new and existing clients and confirm bookings for in-home survey appointments for the Field Sales Representatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Appointment Setter:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who responded to the ad
- Answer incoming sales calls from customers interested in our products and services
- Qualify customer needs, assess elevator type, urgency and provide estimates
- Schedule customer appointments with our field sales representatives
- Manage daily schedules for field sales representatives using Google Maps based on customer availability
- Maintain detailed call notes and update customer contact information in a proprietary customer database
- Make reminders as needed
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Adhere to all appointment scheduling guidelines
- Achieve all assigned goals and targets

QUALIFICATIONS
- A secondary diploma and related experience
- 1 to 3 years in a sales environment
- 2 years related experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory
