WE ARE SEEKING

We’re seeking to hire a qualified a Inside sales Representatives to work on-site at our Burlington office during the hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Appointment Setter Position: Promote products and services with new and existing clients and confirm bookings for in-home survey appointments for the Field Sales Representatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Appointment Setter:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers who responded to the ad
  • Answer incoming sales calls from customers interested in our products and services
  • Qualify customer needs, assess elevator type, urgency and provide estimates
  • Schedule customer appointments with our field sales representatives
  • Manage daily schedules for field sales representatives using Google Maps based on customer availability
  • Maintain detailed call notes and update customer contact information in a proprietary customer database
  • Make reminders as needed
  • Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
  • Adhere to all appointment scheduling guidelines
  • Achieve all assigned goals and targets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A secondary diploma and related experience
  • 1 to 3 years in a sales environment
  • 2 years related experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory

Base pay Commissions (Commission uncapped)
