Absolute Connections Horizontal Directional Drilling is now hiring labourers for the 2025 build season in Strathmore Alberta.
Absolute Connections was founded in 2004 by Ron Mcintosh. We specialize in horizontal directional drilling and hydrovac services. We offer our employees competitive wages, benefits available after 1 year, paid lodging and expenses when travel is required. Holiday pay is paid at a graduated rate starting at 4%, paid upon request on time off, or at end of season. With yearly team building event such as paintball or go cart racing.
Prior industry experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train entry level team members. We are working 12 hour days, shifts are 11 on 3 off, with occasional 4 day weekends, subject to change. Must be willing to travel.
Labourer starting at $25 hourly, duties include but are not limited to:
-complete applicable daily documents and pre use inspections, daily maintenance
-follow industry safe work practices
-splicing 2" & 1/2" conduit
-general backfilling and site cleanup
-assist hydrovac operations
-assist drilling operations
-operate skidsteer
-operate mini excavator
