Python Developer

We're working with a growing team near Brussels (fully remote option), who are working on a unique SaaS application that help organizations measure, and reduce their environmental impact.

They're currently looking for a Python Developer who is ambitious to work on complex web applications and cloud-based platforms. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the core platform, ensuring high performance and a smooth experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain backend systems using Python and Flask.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build new features.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Write clean and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring and business discussions.
• Help ensure the platform meets the highest security and performance standards.

Your Profile:

• Solid professional experience developing with Python (3 years preferred).
• Strong experience with Flask or similar Python web frameworks.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Passion for environmental sustainability is a big plus!
