Title - Sales Development Analyst - Customer Service Analyst
Duration - 1 year contract to start with the possibility of extension
Location - Full time on site in Mechelen
About the Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales, pricing, customer service, and contract administration functions. This role is central to ensuring smooth internal operations, including CRM management, sales reporting, and offer preparation for public tenders. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs teams to help drive operational excellence.
The role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to a wide range of business functions, including one fixed day per week handling customer orders and stepping in to support other back-office activities as needed.
