About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager, Strategic Sales and Business Development to accelerate the next phase of their growth. This is a critical role in their regional go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven ability to drive growth and scale. This person will be key in identifying and converting new prospects across the payments, digital asset storage, and multi-factor authentication markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a regional sales strategy to maximize market potential and revenue.
  • Manage the complete sales qualification cycle and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level and business line leads.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver innovative solutions to target clients.
  • Support account management to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline data in internal systems.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth, particularly in the payment, card issuing, fintech, or digital security industries. They should understand key trends and challenges in banking, fintech, Web 3.0, and related sectors, and have an existing network within these markets.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 5 years of experience in payments, fintech, card issuance, or security technology sales.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple, compelling way.
  • Experience with consultative sales and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer literacy.
