Information Technology Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Leadership: Define and execute IT strategies that support and drive the company’s overall business objectives.
• Technology Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the maintenance, enhancement, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and hardware.
• Cybersecurity Management: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard systems and data against internal and external threats.
• Team Development & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the IT team to foster innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of IT services.
• Project Execution: Oversee IT initiatives from planning to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• User Support & Enablement: Deliver end-user support and training, enhancing team proficiency with IT tools and platforms.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT practices comply with industry regulations, data privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in IT management, ideally within a manufacturing or technology-focused organization
• Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing effective teams
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
